The true civil liberties union, the Alliance Defense Fund, has filed an injunction to allow a 10 year old student to read his Bible at school during recess. As the senior ADF Legal Counsel Nate Kellum said:"Luke Whitson should not be prevented from exercising his First Amendment right to read his Bible with friends during recess. We are asking the court to make sure he can do this while the case continues."I agree completely. Unfortunately the courts, thanks to judicial activists and the ACLU, have twisted the meaning of the First Amendment to include this make believe "wall of separation between church and state."
