As the Senate Judiciary Hearing
As the Senate Judiciary Hearing on John Roberts' nomination proceeds we're learning more about the man and how he'll handle the position of Chief Justice. He has stated, without directly referring to abortion, that he won't look to overturn rulings which have set precedent in the past (Roe v. Wade anyone?). Looks like he may be more of a centerist.
