Bush's Announcement of Foiled 2002 Terror Plot Timing?

Bush has been criticized left and right for his decision to release information regarding the 2002 terror plot that was broken up aimed at the west coast. Of course, those on the left have been pointing the finger at Bush and accusing him of using the war on terror for political ground because of the polls. The fact is, the MSM and the left are 100% wrong about Bush's decision to release the information now. Why? Because Bush already released the information. In fact, I linked to it on this very blog in an October 2005 post made shortly after one of the President's speeches. From that post which was taken from the White House site:

1. The West Coast Airliner Plot: In mid-2002 the U.S. disrupted a plot to attack targets on the West Coast of the United States using hijacked airplanes. The plotters included at least one major operational planner involved in planning the events of 9/11.

Of course that major operational planner involved in 9/11 was none other than Khalid Shaikh Mohammed.
