In her latest column, Star Parker comments on Bush's race rhetoric and points to the fact that the dwindling of the nuclear family in the black community correlates with poverty. What really struck me in her commentary on the President's speech was this statement:He (Bush) is either uninformed, which of course is troubling, or willing to bury truth for political ends, which is also troubling.I personally think his comments were made as some method of political bartering with the opposition which is indeed very troubling.
